Pulled Pork Hash Without Egg
  1. Focaccias and Rolls
  2. Pulled Pork Quesadillas – Spread ½ cup pulled pork, ½ cup cheese and 2 tablespoons corn kernels over 1 ½ of a 10” flour tortilla. Fold tortilla and cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, turning once during cooking.
  3. Mac and Cheese – Perfect on a cold winter night. Combine Pulled Pork, 4 different cheeses and Sweet heat BBQ sauce for a delicious twist on a favourite ultimate comfort food.
  4. Tacos – Heat up Pulled Pork and serve over corn tortillas with Shredded cabbage, Corn salsa, and Sour cream.
  5. Pizza – Top a 12” pre-cooked pizza crust, 1 cup Pulled Pork, ½ green capsicum and 1 ½ cups cheese. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden.
  6. Pulled Pork Roll-Ups – Spread 1 tbls cream cheese on a 8” tortilla. Top with ¼ cup warm Pulled Pork, Sliced red pepper, and shredded cabbage. Drizzle with BBQ sauce and roll.
  7. Meat Pie – Mix 2 cups Pulled Pork with ¾ cup BBQ sauce. Roll out 2 sheets of puff pastry dough and cut into 8” rounds. Fill the centre of each round with Pulled Pork then fold over and seal edges with a fork. Cook at 400˚F for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350˚F and cook for an additional 40 minutes, Or until golden brown.
  8. Nachos – Top tortilla chips with warm Pulled Pork, Black beans, Jalapenos and Cheese on a oven safe platter. Place in Oven or Microwave(Broiler) until cheese is melted. Top with Salsa and Sour Cream.
  9. Scramble – Mix 3 eggs, ½ cup Pulled Pork, 2 tbls minced onion and salt and pepper to taste in a bowl. Cook in a greased skillet over medium heat until eggs are cooked through.
  10. Pulled Pork Hash – In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tbls butter. Add ½ onion diced and 3 potatoes, halved and sliced. Cook until potatoes are tender and start to brown. Add 1 cup Pulled pork and cook until potatoes are crispy. Salt and pepper to taste. Top with fried egg, if desired.
