Otway Pulled Pork is made from the shoulder (Boston Butt) and trimmed of excess fat to ensure a lean product.

The Pulled Pork spice mix is infused into the meat to ensure a full flavour and then a dry rub is added to the outside of the cut to ensure the moisture is sealed in.

The product is slow cooked for 8 hours to maximise the tenderness.

The pork is tumbled to shred the product from the bone and then packed in our 375g MAP Pack Tray – a sachet of Smokey BBQ sauce is included so you can simply stir, heat,serve and enjoy.
