
2 small Otway Pork fillets (approx. 200g each)
1 tbs olive oil
Freshly cracked black pepper
Dressing
60ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
1 tbs red wine vinegar
3 tsp honey
Salt and cracked pepper
Asian salad leaf greens

Rub
the oil over the pork and season with pepper and salt.
Cook under a preheated grill or BBQ on medium-high for 7–9 minutes.
Rest
the Pork for a few minutes before slicing.
Combine
dressing ingredients in a covered container and shake well season to taste.
Serve
the cooked pork on a bed of Asian salad leaves and drizzle with dressing. |
