
600g diced lean Otway Pork
1tblsp oil
1x 560g jar Kan-Tong Thai Coconut Curry Stir Fry Sauce
Toasted flaked almonds for garnish

Heat
oil in a large saucepan over a high heat and brown meat well.
Pour
the entire contents of Jar into the saucepan and simmer over a moderate heat
15 – 20 minutes.
Serve
hot with steamed Jasmine rice and garnish with toasted almonds and
wedges of lime.
